'Tis the holiday for pumpkins and ghost! Our Halloween was fairly calm. It was rainy so we didn't get many trick or treaters and what few we got were scared to death by our beast- Buffy! I wish we had gotten her a little demon costume. She fits the role perfectly.
Mom and Dad spent the night watching CSI (Trying not to eat all the left over candy. They had more will power than I did! I dressed up for a while as the White Rabbit which is really easy now because of my new hat I bought at AWA.
Dad suggested that I were my hat to Nursery tomorrow. Sounds like a ton of fun!

Compy Troubles
Well, it's happened again. My room must be curse because I've had three computer problems within the last year or so. First my old computer straight up died. Then after I got Lappy it kept shutting down for no reason. Well, now comes the trilling sequel of this tragic trilogy! The green compy has failed me and almost moved me to tears.
Okay! Okay! I was practically crying a river!
For some reason my computers can't stand it when I get really, really important projects because they just quit working in the middle of them. The project this time was my midterm paper for Literature class! I was working on it and another project before one of my classes when all of a sudden- Phuuuuut! It stops.
I was freaking out a whole lot because this particular midterm was due the next day. (My professor gave us amnesty for at least two assignments so I'm covered!) This time I was prepared! I had most of my information backed up anyways. With Hans to the rescue, he was able to take the hard drive out to retrieve the extra information. All he had to do was take my hard drive and hook it up to his computer and it worked like a charm!
The green compy will work again. Hans is debating whether or not the power supply or the video card has played out. We're hoping we diagnose it right because hardware is expensive.
So all in all, I'm so grateful to have a computer genius living with us! Hopefully nothing bad happens to the laptop. (Knock on wood) And now here are some pictures of the computers insides!
